Tickets

Brands

I am a brand and I want to exhibit. How do I proceed?
Please head to the booking page to book a slot. A small deposit is due now with the balance due one month before the event.

Can I choose which booth I have?
Yes, these will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Once bookings are completed we will provide the finalised Site Map and you can choose your slot (this will be done in the order that deposits are made).

Do I have to pay for the evening entertainment?
No, your wristbands (max. 5) will give you access to all of the evening entertainment, including food.

Retailers and Schools

I want to attend. How do I purchase a ticket?
Please head to the booking page and book. We have two booking tiers with Early Bird and Full Price tickets. Early Bird ticket numbers are limited.

What do the tickets cover?
Tickets cover entry to the Expo and to the 3 evening events. This includes food for the Wake Park and Outdoor Cinema nights.

How many people can I bring?
Tickets are limited to 3 per retailer/school. If you think you need more than this, please contact us.

How much do the tickets cost?
Early Bird tickets are €75. Full price tickets are €100.

I am not a brand, retailer or a school – can I still come?
No, sorry, this is a B2B event only. For the party on the final night at Duna Beach Club, tickets will be available for this nearer the time and this is open to the general public.

Are the tickets refundable?
Tickets are fully refundable up to four weeks before the start of the event.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, providing they are part of the same retailer or school.

Can I bring my kids?
The event is B2B only, if you have kids with you and they would like to head into the site for an hour that is fine but no setting up camp for the day! If your family wants to chill on the beach next to the Test Area then that is fine (and very nice too!).

Restrictions

On-site accessibility
The event site is accessible. There is wheelchair access and there is a disabled toilet. There are wooden boardwalks to travel between the Expo and the Beach sites which are wheelchair friendly.

Alcohol Licensing
There is a licensed bar on site that will be open from 11am – 7pm.

Liability advice
Anyone testing equipment will need to provide a signed waiver. This will be provided before the event and can also be completed at the event site.

Food & drink

Will there be food and drink available?
Yes, the event site will have several food vendors and a licensed bar.

Can I bring my own food/drink?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drink.

Equipment

Can I bring my own water/wind sport gear to ride?
No, only gear provided by exhibitors can be ridden on the water.

Will there be gear to rent on site?
No, gear can only be ridden to test from brands.

Getting here

From airport
Faro airport is less than 1 hour from Lagos and is easily accessible from most European destinations.

Lisbon airport is around 2h30 from Lagos and is a very easy drive down to Lagos on the toll road.

Parking

There is ample parking at the event site. Exhibitors can drive on to the site on the “set up” and “pack down” days.
