Brands
I am a brand and I want to exhibit. How do I proceed?
Please head to the booking page to book a slot. Booking closes 31 May at which point 50% deposit is due, with the remaining balance due September 30.
Can I choose which booth I have?
Yes, these will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Once bookings are completed we will provide the finalised Site Map and you can choose your slot (this will be done in the order that bookings are made).
When can I set up and when do I need to be out?
Booths will be set up and ready for you from 10am Tuesday 7 October and you must be packed up and off-site by 8pm Sunday 12 October.
What is available at the Beach Site?
At the Beach Site you will then be allocated a space on the beach for your gear where you can meet with Retailers and Schools to demo your gear. There is power at the beach site for charging batteries, and there will be a tent selling food and drinks.
How do I book a Presentation slot on the Main Stage?
We will send out slots for these after bookings close. These will be allocated in the order that registrations were made.

Retailers and Schools
I want to attend. How do confirm attendence?
Please head to the booking page and book.You will need to provide proof that you have a business related to foiling or kitesurfing.
Can I attend and demo gear if I am not registered?
No, you must register! You cannot register at the site.
How many people can I bring?
Tickets are limited to 3 per retailer/school. If you think you need more than this, please contact us.
How much do the tickets cost?
There is no cost for tickets.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, providing they are part of the same retailer or school.
Non Brand or Retailer/School
When can I attend the EFWE?
The event is open to the general public from 1pm each day. There will be presentations on the main site as well as at the Beach Site which you can attend.
Can I check out the brand booths?
Of course! Come and check out with that brands have on offer and talk to pro riders represnetatives from the brand.
Can I demo gear?
No, demos are limited to retailer and schools. But there are a lot of epic places to foil and kite close by so why not go for a session in the morning and come to the EFWE in the afternoon?
Restrictions
On-site accessibility
The event site is accessible. There is wheelchair access and there is a disabled toilet. There are wooden boardwalks to travel between the Expo and the Beach sites which are wheelchair friendly.
Alcohol Licensing
There is a licensed bar on site that will be open from 11am – 10pm.
Liability advice
Anyone testing equipment will need to provide a signed waiver. This will be provided before the event and can also be completed at the event site.
Food & drink
Will there be food and drink available?
Yes, the event site will have several food vendors and a licensed bar.
Can I bring my own food/drink?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drink.
Equipment
Can I bring my own water/wind sport gear to ride?
No, only gear provided by exhibitors can be ridden on the water.
Will there be gear to rent on site?
No, gear can only be ridden to test from brands.
Getting here
From airport
Faro airport is less than 1 hour from Lagos and is easily accessible from most European destinations.
Lisbon airport is around 2h30 from Lagos and is a very easy drive down to Lagos on the toll road.
Parking
There is ample parking at the event site. Exhibitors can drive on to the site on the “set up” and “pack down” days.
